Refund Policy

You may return some unused items purchased at Penpointgraphics.com within 3 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 3 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:

All laser cutting items including but not limited to models, text letters, engravings, etc.

Unused items apply to all tangible products produced by penpointgraphics.com except design services. We will accept returns for printed items from our custom graphics service, however graphic design time charged by hourly rates are non-refundable and non-returnable, with no exceptions.
